The need
A prominent retail company in the Middle East with over 150 stores and a diverse range of international apparel brands, sought a trusted partner to ensure compliance with the ZATCA regulation for its B2C and B2B operations. E-Invoicing Phase II of ZATCA mandates businesses to align their electronic invoicing systems with ZATCA’s FATOORA platform. The Solution
Drawing upon over 15 years of retail transformation experience and specialized expertise in Dynamics 365, Confiz partnered with the client to navigate government regulatory compliance and revitalize their retail operations. The implementation unfolded systematically, beginning with a phased approach. Initially, we upgraded the client’s database to prepare for migrating from MPOS to the Store Commerce app, prioritizing seamless integration without operational disruption or downtime.
In the subsequent phase, Confiz’s technical team facilitated ZATCA integration for the client, ensuring adherence to e-invoicing regulations for enhanced operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This seamless integration positioned the client for a smooth transition to digital invoicing, synchronizing both B2C and B2B e-invoices through middleware, thereby setting the stage for sustained success amidst industry evolution.
Furthermore, Confiz orchestrated a seamless migration from MPOS to Store Commerce, marking a significant stride in modernizing retail operations.
