It provides organizations with a structured framework to adopt sustainable practices, helping them manage their environmental impact, reduce risks, and comply with legal requirements. This certification also ensures that organizations are committed to continuously improving their environmental performance.

Achieving this prestigious certification wouldn’t have been possible without the exceptional leadership of Mahnoor Imtiaz, Senior Process Audit Specialist. Certified in ISO 14001:2015 through Confiz’s sponsorship—a reflection of our commitment to investing in our people—Mahnoor single-handedly led the company’s internal EMS team, guiding them through the rigorous audit process from start to finish. Her precision, determination, and expertise were instrumental in achieving this milestone.

The certification journey kicked off with in-depth training sessions led by Mahnoor Imtiaz, equipping team members across various departments with essential auditing expertise and practical knowledge. Our dedicated EMS team included:

Following the training, Confiz’s internal team conducted a thorough internal audit, focusing on continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance our processes. These insights laid the groundwork for a management review meeting, where actionable enhancements were solidified, perfectly priming us for the final step: the external audit.
The external audit was conducted by RICI Pakistan, one of the leading global providers of Third-Party Inspection, Testing, Calibration, and Certification services. Known for their adherence to international standards, RICI ensured Confiz met all EMS requirements with excellence and secured the ISO 14001 certification in record time!
This certification adds to our growing list of accomplishments, as Confiz is also certified in QMS (Quality Management Standard), ISMS (Information Security Management Standard), and ITMS (IT Service Management Standard). These certifications highlight our steadfast dedication to creating a culture where responsibility meets ambition and innovation leads the way.
