Project Overview
The leading nursing association in the US, representing thousands of nurses across the state, faced significant operational challenges due to an outdated Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement system. With 66 active user licenses, the aging system hindered productivity, member service delivery, and overall organizational efficiency. Key issues such as unmanaged production environments, outdated UAT setups, and manual workflows necessitated a comprehensive overhaul to meet modern operational needs.
Confiz’s partnership with the client focused on optimizing their processes, improving data accuracy, and streamlining operations to better support their critical work initiatives.
The need
Our client, a USA-based nursing association, faced significant operational challenges affecting both efficiency and stability. Their outdated Dynamics 365 CRM system environment, including an unmanaged production system and obsolete UAT tools, led to inefficiencies and operational instability. Issues such as duplicate entries, delays in dues processing, and reliance on manual reconciliation methods hampered productivity. Furthermore, the manual data entry from paper-based applications into the CRM system caused additional delays and inconsistencies. The absence of secure, automated payment processing added another layer of complexity, raising concerns about data confidentiality and compliance.
The Solution
The renowned nursing association based in the US joined hands with Confiz to provide them with a comprehensive solution to navigate these challenges, focusing on migration, automation, integration, and process streamlining. The deployment involved the automation of member roster management, enabling seamless data ingestion from multiple facilities with built-in duplicate checks and an approval process. Dues processing was also optimized by automating workflows, flagging exceptions for quick resolution, and eliminating manual reconciliation.
Our expert Dynamics 365 consultants also implemented a user-friendly online application portal to guide applicants through the form submission process, with automated data entry into the CRM system and real-time duplication checks. Furthermore, integration with a secure payment platform ensured compliance and data confidentiality without storing sensitive information in the CRM.
To ensure a robust solution, Confiz implemented separate Dev, UAT, and Production environments to support the client’s Application Life Cycle needs, upgraded deprecated code to the latest standards, and developed a managed solution. This approach resolved immediate issues, improved system performance, and ensured a smoother release process for future operations. In addition, a managed services agreement was also established, providing a dedicated support team to monitor and resolve system issues in real-time.
These solutions significantly improved operational efficiency reduced, manual effort and enabled the organization to maintain seamless operations.
