Confiz proudly hosted “Values Fest 2024” a vibrant celebration dedicated to exploring and embracing the core values (Bias for Action, Lean, Collaboration, Empathy, Continuous Learning, and Ownership) that shape our company culture. This engaging event, the inaugural in a series of future such celebrations, provided a dynamic platform for employees to connect, exchange experiences, and reinforce the principles that distinguish Confiz as a remarkable and inspiring workplace.
The event began with an insightful culture talk by our CEO, Kashif Manzoor, who discussed Confiz’s core values and their impact on our culture and everyday work. This session provided a glimpse into the heart of Confiz and the significance these values hold for the company’s continued growth.
Following the CEO’s inspiring talk a dynamic panel including Affan Aijaz (Global Head of People & Culture), Hashim Zulfiqar Ali (Chief Operating Officer), Mahum Faheem (Senior Functional Solution Architect), and Asad Jamil (VP Finance & Operations) shared insights and stories related to three important values at Confiz: Bias for Action, Lean, and Collaboration. This sparked an engaging Q&A session for deeper exploration and discussion.
ValuesFest wasn’t just a passive participation, rather it was about actively experiencing Confiz’s core values. Different activities were organized to practice Empathy, Continuous Learning, and Ownership to enhance our team’s understanding and application of core values in their everyday work. Among the activities, Empathy Circles allowed our workforce to share moments of strong emotions in their work or life, while the What’s New with You session encouraged participants to share their recently acquired skills or knowledge, both related to work or personal.
Another highlight of the Values Fest was the Canvas Wall Reveal, featuring collaborative artwork built by employees at Confiz. This shared canvas symbolized the company’s unity and diverse contributions of our workforce.
The celebration wrapped up with Affan Aijaz’s closing remarks followed by a lively drum circle to celebrate our collective achievements and strengthen our sense of teamwork. This celebration fostered a vibrant and inclusive environment where everyone’s participation was recognized and valued.
Building on the success of ValuesFest, Confiz remains committed to creating opportunities that celebrate the company’s core values and strengthen its vibrant team spirit.
