Fawad Zakariya steps into his role as Chairman with a distinguished career spanning investment banking, technology advisement, and product-led growth (PLG). He has a proven record of driving revenue growth and strategic outcomes for top global firms, including SAP, Ping Identity, and Neo4j. With expertise in strategic partnerships, financial operations, and scaling self-serve business models, Fawad is uniquely positioned to guide Confiz’s next phase of exponential growth. His innovative strategies and deep understanding of mergers will shape the company’s future trajectory.

Chris Barbin, CEO of Tercera and co-founder of Appirio, brings over 25 years of experience scaling technology and professional services organizations. His work at Appirio, one of the first cloud-focused professional services companies, later acquired by Wipro, demonstrates his ability to foster innovation and build global teams. Chris’s expertise will be invaluable as Confiz expands its capabilities and accelerates strategic initiatives.
- Paul Zoghbi
Paul Zoghbi, Partner & CEO of AON and an experienced executive in IT strategy and enterprise transformation, has held key leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, Oracle, and Rapiscan.
