Confiz proudly celebrated International Women’s Day 2024 in line with this year’s theme of #InspireInclusion. The event was a testament to the company’s commitment to diversity, empowerment, and fostering a culture of inclusion within the organization.
The celebration’s highlight was a motivational session featuring Sanam Sheikh, VP of Business Operations and Customer Experience at Jazz, organized as part of the EmpowerU initiative led by Confiz’s Learning and Development team. EmpowerU, a recently launched program, focuses on equipping women at Confiz with the skills needed to excel in leadership roles. Sanam addressed common workplace challenges faced by women and provided strategies to excel in the corporate culture with confidence and determination.
“International Women’s Day is a time to celebrate the achievements of women and reflect on the progress made towards gender equality. At Confiz, we are committed to creating an inclusive and empowering environment where every woman has the opportunity to thrive and succeed,” said Affan Aijaz, Head of People and Culture at Confiz.
CEO Kashif Manzoor also had the opportunity to host an interactive session during the event and emphasized the importance of creating an environment where women can lead, inspire, and empower while fostering a culture of inclusivity. Moreover, to appreciate the remarkable efforts of female employees within the organization, Confiz distributed gifts to all women across its global offices, to recognize their efforts.
Furthermore, to highlight the commitment to inclusion and empowerment, Confiz sent a team of its female employees to attend the PSTB Women in Business and Leadership Conference (WIBCON) at Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore. The insightful panel discussions and inspiring conversations at the conference provided valuable insights, support, and inspiration to our female employees, fostering connections with women industry leaders and promoting professional growth.
Through initiatives like EmpowerU and participation in events like WIBCON, Confiz is committed to empowering women and fostering an inclusive workplace culture that celebrates diversity and promotes equality within the organization.
